Founder. Product. Growth. Zero to one.
I build things from zero.
I'm at my best in messy, early-stage environments where the problem isn't fully defined, the resources are limited, and progress matters more than perfection. I move quickly, ship early, learn from real users, and keep momentum high.
I co-founded FanHub, building it from zero to a live consumer platform used by tens of thousands of fans every month. As Chief Product Officer, I led product vision, growth loops, retention mechanics, and commercial productisation — turning fan behaviour into something brands actually pay for. It's a performance-driven model: partners only pay when we drove verified, incremental spend. No upfront fees. No vague attribution. Just intent → action → revenue.
Building FanHub taught me how hard — and how rewarding — it is to ship real products in ambiguous conditions: balancing user delight with commercial reality, simplifying complex systems for mass-market users, and taking full ownership of outcomes rather than hiding behind process.
I'm drawn to early-stage products, fast-moving teams, and work where you're creating something that didn't exist yesterday.
Built a loyalty platform that rewards fans for real-world fandom — check-ins, predictions, matchday behaviour — and turned it into measurable value for clubs and brands. Led product vision, growth loops, retention mechanics, and commercial productisation. Partners only pay for verified, incremental spend. No upfront fees. No vague attribution.
